1.Leveling leg,Height of leg? how much is the maximum adjustable? How much does it carry?
The leg height is 20mm, the maximum height can be adjusted to about 12mm, the total height could reach 32mm, and the load-bearing A150 is about 120KG when filled with 53 red wine bottles, which can meet the normal use of the product. Usually, only the built in products under 1 meter will require height adjustment to reduce the gap between the kitchen cabinet top and the wine cooler top; other large capacity products are only fine-tuned to ensure that the ground will not sway or be basically adjusted, and will not affect the load-bearing.
2.Reversible door
Change the door opening direction: This product can change the door opening direction according to the actual installation needs. The door hinge of the product is on the right side. If you need to change the door direction, please follow the steps below.
(1). Tilt the product back to a certain angle, and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws (1) that fix and adjust the lower hinge (3). see picture 1
(2). Then grasp the door body (5), and slowly move the lower right door hinge (2) from the upper right door hinge (4) to the lower front. Place it carefully on a protective cushion. See picture 2
(3) Remove the upper right door hinge (4) and the lower right door hinge (2) from the box, pack and store them for later use. See figure 3
(4). Install the upper left door hinge (7) and the lower left door hinge (8) in the box accessory bag at the corresponding position on the left side of the box body (6). See picture 4
(5). Finally, turn the door back 180 degrees, install it in the reverse order of removing the door, adjust and level the door, and complete the replacement of the door opening direction.
3.The condensation problem is related to the ambient environment, temperature and humidity. There are two-layer doors, three-layer doors, and three-layer doors with LOWE. How many doors are needed for the humidity to reach?
Usually the ambient temperature goes to 32 degrees, and the humidity is greater than 70%, there will be obvious condensation, which requires three layers of single LOWE to significantly improve the condensation phenomenon. Under the ambient temperature of 32 degrees, if the humidity is not more than 60%, usually two layers of glass will not condense. Condensation depends on three factors: humidity, ambient temperature and the set temperature inside the box.
4.Bottle capacity standard
The maximum bottling quantity of our wine cooler is according to the bottle size in the IEC standard. The bottle size: 300.5mm height, 76.1mm diameter, 750ml.
5. What’s the color of door we can do ?
The color of glass door, there is transparent, mirror, grey, black, LOWE , amber etc, transparent glass door is our standard. The cost will be different with different color.
6. What’s the kind of shelf we can do ?
For the shelf material, there is beech wooden shelf, wire with plastic outside shelf, chrome shelf, beverage shelf, glass shelf, wire with wooden strip, slide shelf etc.
7. Automatic defrost function
Humidors and wine coolers have been designed with an automated defrost function. The purpose of the defrosting function is to regularly remove the frost that remains on the surface of the evaporator of the refrigeration system (built-in, not visible when it is not disassembled), so as to ensure that the refrigeration system has been operating efficiently and in a good cooling state. When the machine runs for a period of time, the machine will automatically enter the defrosting state. At this time, the compressor of the cigar humidor or wine cooler will stop running, and the cooling fan in the wine cabinet will continue to run to defrost (the cigar humidor has a high adjustable temperature range due to the high temperature range). It is not easy to frost, and the fan in the box stops when defrosting). When defrosting, the temperature in the box will rise, which is not a fault. After defrosting, the cooling will be automatically resumed, and the box temperature will gradually drop to the set temperature.
8. The difference between direct cooling and fan cooling
Direct cooling wine cellar: The low temperature natural convection on the surface of the evaporator reduces the temperature in the box, but the temperature is not uniform. It is more power-saving, and the effective volume is large under the same volume. The advantages of direct cooling technology are low manufacturing cost and low power consumption. The direct cooling type has low power consumption, low noise and low price; slow speed and poor temperature uniformity.
9.Water tank for cigar humidor
The usage of water tank is adjusting humidity.
10. The product is not suitable for use at altitudes higher than 2000 meters, and the insulating glass is prone to burst due to pressure changes.
11. Product installation
For built in installation, pay attention to the inner size of the cabinet that meets the installation size requirements in the product manual, otherwise the product may not be able to open the door and cannot be used normally. For products that require built in installation, the installation requirements shall be stated in the instruction manual, and the dimension drawing of the installation cabinet shall be provided.
