The auditee was established in September 2007 and operated in current place since May 2018. There were three buildings in the boundary: one 4-storey production building, two 4-storey dormitory buildings (dormitory 1 and dormitory 2). The auditee was consist of whole 1F ~ 3F and most of 4F of the production building, 1F of dormitory building 2 (as kitchen and canteen) and whole dormitory building 1, which total about 17000 square meters. The other area of 4F of the production building was used by an electrical appliance factory, and the 2F-4F of the dormitory building 2 was used by the landlord as dormitory. Through site observation and management interview it was noted that there was no shared workers and areas with the electrical appliance factory/landlord, the electrical appliance factory/landlord had independent business licensees, production management and HR management. The audit only covered auditee’s using area. The auditee was specialized in the manufacturing of rice cooker, wine cooler, and the main production process included the injection molding, punching, pre-assembly, foaming, welding, assembly and packing; and surface treatment process was subcontracted to external supplier. The dormitory, food, canteen and kitchen were provided by the auditee. All employees including security guards and cooks were directly hired by the auditee. No dispatched worker, homeworker, child labor, young worker, student worker or temporary worker was hired. The peak season or low season was not observed in past year and overtime work was voluntarily chosen for workers. The auditee management was cooperative during the whole assessment, agreed to conduct worker interview and take photos, and was receptive to the result. The auditee representative signed the findings report. Remark: a. There are no contractor used by the auditee, which makes the contractor license/permit not applicable. There are no agencies used by the auditee, which makes the agency labour contract not applicable. There are no government waivers or collective bargaining agreements owned by the auditee, which makes the government waivers and collective bargaining agreements not applicable. b. This document supersedes all previous Authorizations to Mark for the noted Report Number.This Authorization to Mark is for the exclusive use of Intertek's Client and is provided pursuant to the Certification agreement between Intertek and its Client.
